Operation:
Tablets are filled in the
bowl feeder. The
total number of tablets
to be packed and
the number of tablets to
be packed in the
fine mode are entered through
the keyboard.
Bulk of the tablets are
packed in the coarse
mode and few are packed
in the fine mode.
Both these counts are programmable
through
the keyboard. As soon as
the final count
is reached the vibrator
stops completely.
It re-starts only after
the tablets are dumped.
In case both the vibrators
make the tablets
ready with the final count
then they are
dumped only one after the
other.
