Computerised Weight Controller for Packing Machines

Application : Load Cell based vibratory packaging machine.

Target Market : India, South East Asia, Africa, Bangladesh, Nepal
This is a fully computerized controller with an 8 bit microcontroller in the control unit. Used in filling machines based on weight. The system interfaces to a load cell. All the parameters pertaining to the weighing system are entered through the keyboard. A user friendly LCD interface gives real time information on the various aspects of operation and parameters. The unit controls the vibration of the vibrators, the material flows from the vibrators on to the pan. The high end software continuously monitors the weight on the pan. At the cycle start the vibration is higher as the weight nears the final weight  the system automatically enters into the fine mode where the vibration reduces automatically. As soon as the final weight is reached the vibration stops and the material is dumped out of the pan.
