This is a fully computerized controller with an 8 bit microcontroller in the control unit. Used in augar type filling machines. The system has a photo sensor that senses the pulses when the light passes through the holes in the disc. The disc is mounted on the clutch brake mechanism. The operation of the clutch and the brake is controlled through this controller. The number of pulses is programmable. The system has two modes of operation (Auto and Manual)Application : Augar Type filling machine
